Before Tim Burton made his brilliant Ed Wood movie, starring Johnny Depp as the hilariously optimistic and untalented film director of such cult clunkers as Glen or Glenda and Plan 9 from Outer Space, the only places to see any of his films were at college or independent cinema arthouse showings, or on the very very late late shows on local TV stations. Okay, so this imported horror miniseries isn’t getting any more logical. But it is getting a bit sexier, which I guess is something… in this genre especially. But we’re at the point where the final missing coin from the “blood money” given to Judas for betraying Jesus is about to show up – and what evil will be unleashed then, if those coins indeed all fall into the wrong hands?
