Last week, Fox successfully launched this new medical series with a two-night premiere that drew viewers in the double digits of millions – which, these days, is a lot. Tonight's Episode 3, with Matt Czuchry still at dead center… but with other characters either introduced or profiled more than before.

I'm watching this to be a good sport, holding my tongue but just barely. This thing is hideous. I love it that, in case we don't get the show's facile right wing point of view, as subtle as an anvil on the head, the only likeable character is an Ivanka clone. The horror.
