Last night, The Walking Dead comics creator Robert Kirkman unveiled his new AMC documentary series, in which he presents his subjective guided tour through the history of comics. In the opening episode, he looked at the origin and output of Marvel Comics. Today, he turns his attention to DC Comics – and, in particular, to that stable’s most popular new cinematic character, Wonder Woman, and her fascinatingly offbeat, even kinky, origins and themes.
