And tonight, the mother confronts her son after finding his clown mask – the same mask linked to the “Mr. Mercedes” killer. Both of the collaborators of this new TV series are riding high right now: Stephen King with his new movie version of It (more clowns!), and executive producer and writer David E. Kelley having just snagged Emmy awards for his HBO adaptation of Big Little Lies.
