FOOD: DELICIOUS SCIENCE
May 17, 2017  | By David Bianculli  | 2 comments

PBS, 10:00 p.m. ET

SERIES PREMIERE: This new three-part series, hosted by Michael Mosley and James Wong, explores the science behind food – why we crave the foods we do, why cooking foods certain ways accomplishes certain things chemically, and so much more. In Episode 1, “Food on the Brain,” the questions explored include why we are what we eat, why we eat, and why, in some cases, we overeat. Check local listings.

This new series sounds absolutely fascinating! Michael Mosley and James Wong always bring such engaging insights into how our bodies and brains respond to food. The idea of exploring why we crave certain tastes and how cooking changes food on a chemical level is so interesting it really makes you think about what’s on your plate. I’d love to enjoy an episode of this while flipping through the Wetherspoons drinks menu, deciding which refreshing option pairs best with some food science fun!

Honestly, this was a very well-written post but not what I was expecting it to be. I thought it would be about Sea Food but there was nothing related to it. though I am sure I'll get to read about it from this site.
