This time it was Badfinger's "Baby Blue", with lyrics beginning with "Guess I got what I deserved…," and finishing with "The special love I had for you, my Baby Blue…" Badfinger was picked up and produced by George Harrison and Apple Records, and their leader, the late Pete Hamm, would write a number of iconic hits in the harmonic style of The Beatles. A staple of 70s classic rock, the song now has new life as Walter White's signature ode to his chemical mistress, his "Blue Sky" brand of crystal meth. –Eric Gould
