On this day in 1971 George C. Scott gave an Emmy-winning performance in Hallmark Hall of Fame: The Price. The script was adapted for television by Arthur Miller from his Broadway play. The Price revolves around two brothers, long-estranged, who must come back together upon the death of their father. Old anger, bitterness, and family dysfunction arrive home with the siblings. George C. Scott plays Victor, one of the brothers.
