Politics: The Stuff of Dreams
February 23, 2016  | By Jonathan Storm

The Simpsons trundles along as history’s longest-running scripted series, 27 years. As young fans have grown up and produced a new generation of young fans, Bart, Homer, Marge, et.al. have remained exactly the same. But one of the reasons for the show’s success is that it stays up-to-the-minute in plot and theme. Here’s a little extra put together by the producers, in which Marge awakens from the nightmare that has been this presidential campaign, and Homer takes charge of the situation. — Jonathan Storm
