Homeland, Season 2 — Showtime's hit series Homeland returns for its second season Sunday, September 30, at 10 p.m. ET. Here's the preview trailer – a dialogue-free montage with accompaniment by the Scala and Kolacny Brothers' choir's version of "Every Breath You Take" by The Police. Homeland offers a provoking look at our nation's post-9/11 society, but the show's real strength is lead actors Claire Danes and Damian Lewis, both of whom have been nominated for lead-acting Emmys. As season two begins, Carrie has been released from the CIA as a result of her manic, downward spiral. And Lewis' Brody — who we learned at the end of last season is, as Carrie suspected, a sleeper-cell agent — is a newly-elected U.S. Congressman. -EG
