Here’s another streaming premiere brought forth by an arts organization seeking to raise funds for charity while making some of its creative productions temporarily available for streaming. We Are One: A Global Film Festival is a 10-day collaboration among film festivals around the world, offering up representative new and restored works at specific premiere times, and for a limited stretch. Today at 3:30 p.m. ET, courtesy of the Tokyo International Film Festival, comes Ice Cream and the Sound of Raindrops, a 74-minute movie filmed in a single, unbroken, unedited take.
