STAR TREK: PICARD

The second episode of this new Star Trek series establishes more of the conflicts and characters – especially the sort of Star Fleet equivalent of a “Deep State” conspiracy. It still takes a while before this drama gets off the ground, literally as well as figuratively. Yet with Patrick Stewart back as Jean-Luc Picard to entertain the next generation, it all holds up, and holds our interest. At least for now.
