MINISERIES FINALE: Tonight brings the final installment of Russell T. Davies’ hauntingly memorable futuristic drama (and really: wasn’t the body-strewn beach scene one of the most gripping TV scenes yet of this TV season?). In the drama, the episode begins in the year 2029 – only a decade from now. But given what’s happened to the characters, and in politics, it seems a lot longer. And a lot scarier.
