Hugo Weaving stars as the masked vigilante in this futuristic thriller, which looks at terrorism from the eyes (or behind the mask) of a rebel with a cause. But in this 2006 thriller set in Great Britain, the real scene-stealer is Natalie Portman. As young Evey, not only does she get to act without wearing a Guy Fawkes mask, but she adopts three very different personas along the way: unaware young woman, kidnapped and converted terrorist, and seductive bait used to distract and set up a corrupt man of the cloth. Guess which of the three faces of Evey I’ve chosen for today’s photograph?
