TOTALLY BIASED WITH W. KAMAU BELL
August 30, 2012  | By David Bianculli  | 2 comments

FX, 11:00 p.m. ET

With this show being taped the day of telecast, Bell’s humor ought to be really timely, and on a huge news week – giving us his perspective on the Republican National Convention ought to be a home run. Even so, I’ll be watching Stewart first, and taping Bell for later.

Big man
I watched one episode and had to turn it off. I consider myself libertarian in my political views. I don't hate Obama, but I don't love him either and I don't think that what he has done has been anything spectacular. But after listening to about the 6th or 7th racist joke about white people and the Republican National Convention, I knew what the soul of the show was. It is for Chris Rock to have his views and opinions still be somewhat relevant. It is just very frustrating to me that someone would even let this trash on the air If you are any type of Caucasian, even if you are a full blown liberal, I promise you, you would be offended by this show. The worst part about this is the fact that he can be racists and it is somehow ok. If it is wrong for one side, it should be wrong for the other. I swear, the only shows you can watch on t.v. now are bashing conservatives and white people. For the record, I don't think Fox News is "fair and balanced" towards democrats either.

Is Kamau Bell one of those 'hip/cool' Black racist (re: brags all Republicans/Conservatives are bigots) commentators? Have to say all the racist comments-rants I see are coming from the enlightened liberals (CNN, MSNBC, PBS-NPR & network news)
