We’re down to, or up to, the Top 5 in this year’s fashion-design competition, and tonight’s challenge involves a different type of makeover. Instead of making over their models, or people snared off the street, or children brought in by parents, tonight the designers are tasked with making over a design – a losing look from a previous show – and making it into something more palatable.
