The Halloween episodes of this cable series have become a sort of mini-tradition, because the writers always seem to find ways to put the leading ladies into imaginative costumes and dispatch them to parties fraught with dangers. This year, the party they’re crashing, as part of their latest investigation, takes place in a graveyard – and their costumes of choice are perhaps best described as gaudy Edwardian.
