SERIES FINALE: This is easily the biggest TV event of the night. How will Graham Yost’s fabulous exploration of Elmore Leonard’s backwoods Kentucky universe end tonight? I have no idea – but if the central troika of Raylan, Boyd and Ava all get out of there alive, I’ll be quite surprised. Then again, this series has surprised me consistently, by defying expectaions and delivering something even better, from the start.
