More movies are shown by TCM in anticipation of Halloween tonight, starting with one of the first excellent movie sequels ever made: 1935’s Bride of Frankenstein. Some of the iconic scenes closely associated with Frankenstein actually come from this film instead – and Elsa Lanchester, as the titular creature, is electrifying. And electrified.
