For tonight’s prime-time game, NBC is flexing its muscles and employing its option under the NFL flex schedule, moving games around to get the best one on TV. So tonight, instead of the previously scheduled Cincinnati Bengals vs. San Francisco 49ers game, Sunday Night Football presents the Arizona Cardinals vs. Philadelphia Eagles, live from Philly.
