SERIES PREMIERE: This is a warning, not a recommendation. This new comedy series comes from the Funny or Die camp – but in this case, the clear choice is Die. The premiere episode is set almost entirely inside an airplane, on either side of a Los Angeles to Las Vegas weekend run, and stars Dylan McDermott as Captain Dave, and Kim Matula as flight attendant Ronnie. Comedies on an airplane can be very funny (Surely you’ve seen Airplane!; Yes, I have, and don’t call me Shirley), but this isn’t one of them. Do not board, or that’s what you’ll be: bored.
