If you are interested in Nght Court, Vol.2, check out the Big Lots retail chain. They recently got a bunch of TV box sets, I think all Warner distributed product, for six bucks a set. Lots of "Season 2"s, but don't hesitate. My nearest one had a bunch right before their Sunday ad and Sun. P.M., many were gone. The ad shows "E.R", "The O.C.", "The West Wing", even "Animaniacs" and "Pinky & the Brain" (rare to see animated stuff so heavily discounted). I personally think one person bought a ton of the store's stock to resell on ebay. At $6 bucks, "buy it now' for $12 on ebay for a $30 set looks pretty good.

Diane Werts

Diane Werts has been glued to the tube since she can remember, growing up in a household where the TV came on first thing in the morning and stayed on till bedtime and beyond. She worked for the USA Film Festival, then for The Dallas Morning News writing about everything from Shakespeare to macrame art to rock music (and has the hearing loss to prove it). She moved to New York's Newsday to edit their glossy TV magazine, then returned to writing about television, specializing in its stranger permutations. She's a past president of the Television Critics Association.
