To honor the memory of Muhammad Ali, who died last weekend, Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network is repeating the 2001 edition of her talk show in which Ali was the special guest star. He was there, along with Will Smith, star of that year’s biopic Ali, and Jada Pinkett Smith.

Encore, 8:00 p.m. ET

Made in 1976, this Martin Scorsese film changed the lives of several of its collaborators, including Robert De Niro, Jodie Foster, and Scorsese himself. What a movie. If you haven’t seen it in years, or have never seen it all, you really ought to tune in tonight and watch. Yeah, I’m talking to you.

MAYA & MARTY

NBC, 10:00 p.m. ET

Last week's premiere episode of Maya & Marty scored with Short’s Jiminy Glick interview with Larry David, and with Rudolph’s musical number with Miley Cyrus. Tonight’s second episode had less time to plan, but has a strong guest roster: Tina Fey, Steve Martin, Sean Hayes and Drake.

FEED THE BEAST

AMC, 10:00 p.m. ET

This new AMC series moves into its Tuesday night 10 p.m. ET slot with tonight’s second episode, preceded at 9 by a repeat of last weekend’s series premiere. I’m not overly impressed by this new series thus far, because of how overly obvious it seems, but here it is regardless. For full reviews, see David Hinckley’s All Along the Watchtower and Ed Bark’s Uncle Barky’s Bytes. Jim Sturgess, David Schwimmer star.
