All this week, in celebration of last week’s golden anniversary of the national public TV premiere of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, PBS KIDS is pairing five memorable episodes of the wonderful Fred Rogers children’s series with similarly themed episodes of its animated spiritual successor, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. Today, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood features the dual episode that includes the 15-minute segments “Visiting Grandpere” and “The Tiger Family Goes Home,” accompanied by the original Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood episode, “Grandparents.” Check local listings.
