BIANCULLI’S BEST BETS

ABC, 3:00 p.m. ET

In an exciting, come-from-behind game, Texas’s Lufkin Little League All-Stars fought from a large deficit to beat the heavily favored team from Greenville, NC, and win the U.S. Little League crown. Today, Lufkin takes on the international winner, Japan, for a shot at the world title.

MTV, 8:00 p.m. ET

Katy Perry hosts. Ed Sheeran and Miley Cyrus are among the artists scheduled to perform live. But I ask you: When’s the last time you saw a music video on MTV? Or, to be mean about it, when’s the last time you saw MTV?

Showtime, 8:00 p.m. ET

Last week, Dougie – the version of Dale Cooper who’s been stuck for 15 episodes in some kind of childlike, amnesiac state, dropped to his knees and stuck the handle of a fork in an electrical socket. That was about halfway through the show, and we haven’t seen him since, or learned what happened – but it’s not too much to ask that the shock brought him, and the show, back to self-aware life at long last.

HBO, 9:00 p.m. ET

SEASON FINALE: Last week’s impressively staged battle, between Jon Snow’s small band of explorers and the endless White Walkers or whatever they’re called, was exciting – and even a bit sad, as one of Daenerys’ dragons was killed by the undead Night King. What’s worse, at least in terms of the escalating arms race against the no-longer-living winter warriors, is that the episode ended with the vanquished dragon rising from the dead, with those telltale bright blue zombie eyes… And now, tonight, the extended Game of Thrones season finale, with Jon, all by himself, left alone in the far north to face the entire undead horde, dragon and all.

Showtime, 9:00 p.m. ET

The dual time line explored this season by Ray Donovan continues to resonate strongly. There’s the present, where Ray is dealing with a new set of problems and headaches caused by clients and family members – and the past, where his wife’s escalating mental illness, brought on by a head injury in a car accident, is beginning to lead to more and more alarming behaviors.

Showtime, 10:00 p.m. ET

Last week, Matt LeBlanc, as the host of a tacky reality show in which people are confined in glass boxes, was caught on camera doing some very rude things with one of the female contestants, with only a pane of glass between them. This week, that footage is released, which leads this fictionalized Matt, once again, desperate to team with his old British scriptwriting mates… despite what they still think of him.

Nice post. I learn some thing more difficult on various blogs everyday. It will always be stimulating you just read content using their company writers and use a little something from their site. I'd prefer to use some with all the content in my small weblog no matter whether you don't mind. Natually I'll provide you with a link on the internet weblog. Many thanks sharing
