The Golden State Warriors are in the Finals again, for the third straight year – and the defending champion Cleveland Cavaliers want to get there, too, but first they have to win their final Eastern Conference series. The Boston Celtics are the team to beat, and right now the Cavs are ahead in the series 3-1 – and can clinch the series, and move on to the Finals, with a win tonight.

FARGO

Encore, 9:00 p.m. ET

I love the TV series Fargo. Adore it. And last night’s episode was spectacular, surprising, funny, and moving. All those elements are present in the original Fargo as well, and the 1996 Coen Brothers movie is shown tonight on Encore. Watch it, and see, so obviously, how this 21-year-old movie inspired the current TV season of Fargo, especially its leading characters. Frances McDormand, William H. Macy star.

THE AMAZING RACE

CBS, 10:00 p.m. ET

Tonight’s episode of The Amazing Race is one I might tune in to watch, even though the weekly appeal of this series faded for me a few races ago. But tonight, the global competition takes the contestants to Seoul, South Korea. And these days, with Korea in the headlines, who couldn’t be bolstered by a little bit of Seoul?

CLAWS

TNT, 12:00 a.m. ET

SNEAK PREVIEW: Rashida Jones, who stars in the very funny and loony TBS comedy Angie Tribeca, is one of the executive producers behind this new comedy-drama on sister network TNT. Claws is being given a sneak preview tonight, after Game 5 of the NBA Playoffs, before premiering officially June 10. It’s set in a nail salon in South Florida, which sounds unusual enough to sample right there. But add that the regular cast includes Niecy Nash from Reno 911 and Carrie Preston from The Good Wife, and it’s certainly worth a peek. Especially a sneak peek.
