In tonight’s episode, Jim Gordon gets a call from a serial killer called the Ogre (recurring guest star Milo Ventimiglia from Heroes), threatening him that if he doesn’t call off his murder investigation, the Ogre will kill someone close to Gordon. So what does the future police commissioner do? Goes on TV to defiantly ask Gotham City residents for help in catching the killer in their midst. Don’t expect this to end well, necessarily. Meanwhile, Carol Kane, as the future Penguin’s mom, is wonderful here.
