The bad news, for the St. Louis Cardinals, is that the team is behind 0-2 in its National League Championship Series with the Washington Nationals, who are still finding ways to win after making the postseason by winning the NL Wild-Card game. The good news, for the Cards, is that these NLCS series are best-of-seven, not best-of-five, so there’s a little more margin for error, and opportunity for a comeback. The worst news? The Nationals, after winning two road games, now enjoy home-field advantage as well as a dominant roster of pitchers.
