Today, both Hulu and Hulu Plus unveil a much-awaited drama series import: Bron/Broen, the original inspiration for the American version, FX's The Bridge. In this original version, the bridge in question, instead of being a border crossing between the U.S. and Mexico, separates Denmark and Sweden, with mismatched detectives teaming to solve the same grisly murder case. Sofia Helen plays Saga Noren, the detective on the Swedish side, and Kim Bodnia plays Danish inspector Martin Rhode. Hulu is rolling out two episodes weekly, beginning today, while Hulu Plus makes available all of Season 1.
