Hugo is a delicious movie: beautiful to watch, comforting to lose yourself in, and full of fabulously focused performances. Asa Butterfield plays the title role, an orphan child living deep within the hidden rooms of a Parisian train station in 1931 – and other players include Ben Kingsley, Emily Mortimer, Chloe Grace Moretz, Sacha Baron Cohen, Christopher Lee.
