	WIMBLEDON TENNIS ESPN2, 7 a.m. ET; NBC, noon ET Yesterday the Williams sisters completed their march towards their rendezvous with destiny – that is, with each other. They’ll be playing in tomorrow’s women’s final. Today, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer try to do the same thing, and beat their respective semifinal opponents so they can face each other in a hotly anticipated final.
	ALFRED HITCHCOCK MARATHON TCM, 7:30 a.m. ET This daytime salute to the master of suspense presents six movies that, taken together, provide an amazing roster of suspense films – enjoyable, and frightening, even when watched in broad daylight. Notorious, from 1946, starts it off, followed at 9:30 a.m. ET by 1943’s Shadow of a Doubt, at 11:30 a.m. ET by 1960’s Psycho, at 1:30 p.m. ET by 1958’s Vertigo, at 3:45 p.m. ET by The Birds, and concluding at 6 p.m. ET with 1954’s Rear Window.
	TWILIGHT ZONE MARATHON Sci Fi, 8 a.m. ET This massive July 4 marathon of Rod Serling’s classic suspense anthology is full of fabulous episodes – including, at 10 a.m. ET, “To Serve Man,” with one of the best, and funniest, twist endings in TV history.
	JAWS AMC, 8 p.m. ET Thinking of spending the weekend at the beach? Watch this 1975 movie first. What I love most about this film is that all these years later, both the characters and the effects seem fresh – and work. Roy Scheider, Richard Dreyfuss, Robert Shaw star.
	BORN ON THE FOURTH OF JULY HBO2, 8 p.m. ET If ever there were a day to show this 1989 drama, this is it. So here it is: Oliver Stone’s version of Vietnam vet Ron Kovic’s story, with Kovic played by Tom Cruise. Fans of The Closer, take note: Kyra Sedgwick co-stars.
	1776 TCM, 11 p.m. ET If you saw Paul Giamatti as a brooding John Adams in HBO’s recent miniseries, don’t miss William Daniels as a singing John Adams in this 1972 film version of the ambitious stage musical about the framing of the Declaration of Independence. On July 4, it’s a wonderful way to end the day.
